Combination Square

Combination Square Set

Combination sets are useful for all types of mechanical jobs. The set is comprised of a straight protractor is graduated to read from zero to 180 in both directions. The rule is made of stainless steel and is graduated in both 0.5mm and 1mm increments. The square head has a level and a scriber point. The protractor head, center head, and square head are all made of cast iron.

Precision Try Squares with Base

Gasoline and Oil Finding Paste

A chemical paste used with oil gauging tape for measuring the presence of various types of oils. The colour of the paste will generally change from light blue to red upon contact with oil. This paste will detect almost any kind of oil including mineral oil, vegetable oil, animal oil and solvents such as benzol, alcohol, acrylic solution, alkaline solution and spirits.

Water Finding Paste

A paste for use with oil gauging tape. The colour of the paste will change from yellow to red upon contact with water.

Oil Gauging Tape

So called ullage tape. Made of steel or stainless steel with a chromed brass drawing weight attached. Metric or metric and inch graduated tapes are available. The tapes are mounted to a strong frame with a wooden carrying handle. Tapes of lengths up to 50mtr are also available upon request.

Measuring Tape

13mm wide measuring tape available in linen, steel or stainless steel. The tape is easy to ravel and unravel and the metric graduations are clearly visible. The tape is contained in a black, vinyl laminated, metal case with a flush handle.

Bearing Feeler Gauge

Used for measuring main bearing clearance of marine engine. When the rod “S” has been pressed through the pipe “R” can be pushed away from the brass by further pressing on the rod “S” and when a distance “a” is obtained it is easy to feel the fit of the feeler in the clearance.

Gap Gauge for Motor

Similar to feeler or thickness gauges but with longer leaves in order to measure between the stator and coil of a generator.

Thickness Gauge

Particularly popular with machinists and tool markers for gauging narrow slots as well as for adjusting the air gaps of valves on motors. A compact, easy to use caliper graduated in 0.01mm increments. All measures are shown on a digital display making it easier to take quick, precise measurements. The graphic display will indicate whether the tool is set for the measurement of inside or outside diameters.

Depth Micrometer

Measures the depth of holes, projections, etc. Provided with a hardened tip and threaded ground screw, adjustable for wear. The face of the bass is hardened and planed to maintain a level surface. Graduated in increments of 0.01mm

Jointed Inside Micrometer

Valve Seat Cutter

These value seat cutting tools are easier than ordinary type cutters in assembly and handling for precision cutting work. Remove the value cap or flange and fit the suitable cutter to the spindle. Then, set the fixing bed using a tightening bolt for the cap or flange. Check that the cutter fits horizontally with the value seat and is in the center position. At this point you set the adjustable, begin the cutting operation by turning the handle clockwise. A standard set of 1″ to 4″ cutters.
