Portable Midget Cutter

A portable tool for cutting spring wire off a diameter of up to 4mm. The jaws are riveted to the handle so they are not replaceable. The handles are knurled and covered in plastic . These cutters are easy to handle as they weigh only 300grams and are of a length of only 200mm.
